Our honey is a raw, natural product. Colour, taste and texture vary by season and flora — that variation is the nature of single-origin honey, not a fault. Crystallisation is natural. Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months of age.
An order is confirmed once payment is received (or agreed for bank transfer). Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery page and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Live bee colonies are living animals; successful establishment also depends on siting and care after handover. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee colony survival after acceptance.
Any dispute is subject to the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
