Pure, raw, single-origin honey — nothing added, nothing cooked out. Each of these is the unblended work of our own bees on one landscape, one season. Cold-extracted and gravity-strained, bottled just as the comb gave it up.
Our signature honey, and one of the most unusual in India. It isn’t made from flowers at all — it comes from the sweet nectar Hevea rubber trees secrete from tiny glands on their tender new leaves, for just a few weeks each year. Pale, delicately warm, with a smooth clean finish. A true single-harvest, seasonal honey.

Our bees forage a shifting canopy of wild trees, shrubs and climbers that bloom after the monsoon, giving a naturally multifloral honey — darker, thicker and far more aromatic than any single-flower honey. Deep amber, full malty-floral body, lingering finish. We migrate our colonies into the mountain ranges after the monsoon to meet this bloom at its peak, and bring them home in December.
