Every jar leaves our apiary raw, unpasteurised and quality-checked. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, send us a photo on WhatsApp (+91 94953 81603) within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full — no need to post anything back.
Because honey and hive products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened jars for hygiene reasons. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery; refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the item.
Raw honey crystallises over time, especially in cool weather. This is a sign of pure, unprocessed honey — not a defect — and is not grounds for return. Stand the jar in warm water to re-liquefy.
Live colonies and hives are checked with you at handover. Once a colony has been accepted and installed, it cannot be returned, but we will gladly advise you on WhatsApp if you face any problem in the first weeks.
